all downstairs 3 bedroom apts. in the Buffalo complex have a very serious mold problem. We had a very serious problem in the bathroom, wall had a hole ripped in it and left open for about 3 weeks, and still had the problem when I finally had to move. I talked to other tenants and all of the 3 bedroom apts. had mold inside of the outer walls. was told to clean it with bleach and it would be ok.,but it coming back
wasgoing to rent a apt at country view esates in buffalo moand i would not recommend that place to nobody. am filing complaint with housing authority of missouri. discrimination was the big part shame on them. be careful of the manager there, shes gets in who she wants.she said when hud came available, that we could get in theni dont think so. she dont want me now, dont want me then.
I also love the apartment I live in, but the management there take everything to the extreme. One example was during Christmas I put up a wreth on my door. Two weeks after my "seasonal" wreth was in violation of my lease and had to be removed immediatly. Might I mention 3 other people on my floor in my breezeway had decorations on there door, so I pretty sure they wernt bothering anyone. I also had notices about cigarette butts outside the apartments... like I have control of that and uhm... and i dont smoke. Christmas light... read more
(OZARK TRAILS) I realy think the apartments are very nice...as for the property manager not so much. I put down my deposit on an apartment a month and a half ago, and no closer to moving in. The property manager doesnt seem to be in any hurry to get the application process finished any time soon. She will NOT return any calls. She will turn the closed sign around while she is in the office and not answer the phone. As she did today knowing that I could see her sitting in her office. I would give the home I live in a 5 star rating, however, I would give the manager a big ol ZERO. The maintainence and assistant manager are very nice, unfortunatly you dont deal with them as often. The homes are beautiful and spacious, well maintained. The rent is affordable. HOWEVER, you definatly pay for it in other ways!They expect the lawn to be watered at least 3x a week(more if it starts to burn), and this is no small lawn.
