Was passing through, stopped in to check it out. Very friendly staff.
Customer service is lacking...so much so I went across the state to buy my motorcycle. Now I get robo calls with no way to get off thier list. Drive by for events...no one in parking lot. Fund raisers have minimal attendance. No incentives. I'm done!
I bought my bike in 2016 where the staff greets you when you walk through the door now I had the worst experience of poor customer service in any place I've been at. Month ago I was shopping for some new gloves and not one but 2 motor clothes people walked by and kept looking as if I was going to steal something. I went out there this past week and not one person said can I help you, you need anything, welcome to Harley NOTHING I had to ask for help...not cool at all especially when I have spent quite alot of money there. They rock and respect whatever level of understanding you're currently at, regarding Harleys and/or motorcycling in general. I like their concerts, and other events. A well-run business, all around.
there were many mixed reviews I'd heard regarding MAHD but regardless of what I heard, I had nothing but a great experience. Jeremy answered all of my questions and concerns long before I even got there and when the time came, he was Johnny.....or in this case, Jeremy-on-the-spot. Nothin but a great experience.
Nice place staff was very helpful.
Traded in my 2003 Ultraglide for a 2010. Supposed to be delivered with heel shift on. Wasnt. Have called 3 times and been told it was being shipped, a month now and still dont have it.
