Traveling from Iowa on July 4th and both master cylinder caps started leaking on my 2014 Triglide. Went to Mid American Harley and the General Manager JMac changed both caps himself for me and would not charge me any labor. All Harley Davidson dealerships could take take a lesson on customer service from this dealership. Would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again JMac Phil

Mid America Harley-Davidson out of Columbia Missouri is friendly and has an inviting atmosphere. I just recently had my motorcycle worked on for my up coming trip. They not only did the work I asked they also cleaned her up. When I arrived to pick her up, I was walked through everything they had done and everything they found. Any questions I had were answered with professionalisms.

I have to say that this place is top notch! I was on a trip and had some minor bike problems. The service and parts staff were exceptional, very nice and worked hard to get me back on the road ASAP. The service manager and mechanic that took care of me were the best of the best. Extremely impressed, treated me like a long term customer and just bent over backwards to be helpful. Can't say enough but will say for my next Harley guys I'm coming to see you! Much respect, Thanks again.
