The accessible room smelled horrible, like a mix of old people and sewage. Its shower head leaked constantly making an audible dripping, and clearly had been for a while due to mold growth along the bathroom floor. The bedsheets, wall, and daybed had various colored stains. They tried to fix the showerhead, but ultimately gave me a different room. The staff mentioned suffering from a lack of a handyman which would resolve many of the issues mentioned in these reviews. Booked at last minute for Alaska trip. This is not a high end hotel but is very adequate for our needs. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Good.prices and place
Staff were nice. Rooms were gross. Smelt like pee, stuffy and had stains on decoration pillows.
Actually clean the bathroom between guests, including wiping the base of the tile. We were here 5 nights no sheet change. Check in person in the evening was in the office & either couldn't hear or was ignoring the desk when we walked in.
