The hotel is amazing, very comfortable and with a great atmosphere. I especially want to thank Sally, Brenda and Kyna, who were extremely kind and attentive at all times. Many thanks for the wonderful service! I hope to come back soon.
Overall a good experience. The beds werent super comfortable thats really my only complaint. Hot breakfast was good. The property was clean. Staff were amazing. We went with a baseball team and the hotel staff were very accommodating ensuring the boys got lots of time on the waterside.
Stayed here for a hockey tournament, and in my 10+ years of hockey travel and hotel stays, I’ve never been more impressed with a hotel. The staff were phenomenal, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was great for the early mornings and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. Will definitely return for future Toronto tournaments.
