It’s a new hotel. It’s clean and safe. Good value at around 75 bucks a night. However, you can tell that when it was built that they did it as cheap, and quickly as possible with minimal QC. See picture for example 🤦‍♂️😆

My son and I stayed here from 4/17 - 4/20. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was really good and the staff was very attentive. This Microtel has to be one of the little hidden gems on the west side of Amarillo. Easy parking and very quiet. Thank you to the entire staff. We would definitely return.

This hotel is surprisingly bad. I booked a single room, but YOU CAN SEE THROUGH THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN THE DOOR that connects my room to another guest's. The shower water never got warm, even turned all the way up to hot. The shower water pressure is abysmal. The shower head is screwed onto the shower pipe without plumbing tape, so the shower head leaks. Jenky construction all around. The front desk lady was also rude. On a positive note, the parking lot is well-lit at night.

Brand new hotel. Was fantastic considering the price. Clean room and bathroom. Bed slept well. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Dianna made our stay special.

Kim was absolutely amazing after we had driven 12 hours it was 6am and every hotel said we couldn’t check in that early . Kim was very helpful and saw that we just needed rest. She was quick and friendly . Rooms were clean too and i felt safe
