clean room, good location, and great breakfast included.
Huge dead bug in the hall, huge roach in the morning. 2 different bugs. Complete lack of pest control. Edit: Management claimed to Priceline that the pest issue was never reported, despite direct reports made to the on-duty front desk staff at the time of the incident. It is not the guest’s responsibility to audit internal staff handoffs or pause travel to ensure front desk reports are logged into management's system.
Where do I start….. when I first walked into the hotel for check-in, I had to stand at the desk for 10 minutes, holding all my crap, while the clerk was smoking outside. I literally saw her standing on the curb smoking cigarettes as I walked in, then she showed up and acted like I was a nuisance for checking in. Then I get to my room…. There’s no soap, the shower is dirty, the toilet is dirty, there’s no toilet paper holder, the toilet paper roll was obviously used by previous guests, the TV doesn’t work.
