We stayed in room 419 that smelled like a stoner room. The stench of pot was in the bed the bathroom the floor everywhere. I reported it to the front desk. They said there was no other rooms and would not give me a refund to go to another hotel. I ended up having to buy Oziun To try to get rid of the stench and while it helped, it didn’t completely remove the stench remove the stench. I think if you don’t have other rooms available to move me to you should’ve given me a refund so I could go to another hotel.
Everything was great from start to finish. Check in was smooth and the workers are super friendly. The room was super nice spacious and clean. The beds were a little noisy and the pipes banged a bit when you showered. Also the free breakfast was ok but hey can beat free lolz. Location is great 10 mins from a large variety of stores and about 8 mins from Bucees!!
