My daughter had an appointment for 8:30am. We live 40 minutes away so I woke her & my 4 year old up to go to the appointment. We got there for them to tell me we can't go in because only one child and one adult is allowed in at a time. We all had masks on. They could have taken my 4 year olds temperature & given her hand sanitizer & I could have kept her on my lap. Our children came in for a routine eye exam under our vision insurance which they accept but they charged $380 for each child to our medical insurance because the doctor noted that both children have a lazy eye in their chart which makes it a medically billable visit instead of eye exam. The diagnosis was never told to us in the visit and seems very convenient as now they can bill $380 for each child each year until the children are 19. We will not be going back and others should look elsewhere for a routine eye exam.
RecommendedUnder the "New normal" Microsurgical has adapted very well. The whole team was organized and comforting. They made my visit feel safe, healthy, and secure. I would personally like to thank Bonnie for her attentiveness and attention to detail regarding my exam. After my preliminary interview and exam, I met with Dr Rodman he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the process in terms I could understand. Microsurgical team was spot on from beginning to end. I was extremely satisfied!

I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Christen Kenrick. My daughter came down with a severe Virus/Infection in her eye and Dr. Kenrick was over the top helpful and available to us during a scary and stressful time. I highly recommend her and Microsurgical Eye Consultants. Thank you!
I went to Dr Glavas for an upper and lower eye lift and muscle repair in one eye ..I am absolutely thrilled with my results ...he did an amazing job ..i look 10-15 younger now...I would highly recommend him
