Security guards down front are chumps. The rules are no video taping or camera phone use, not no phones period. How am I gunna take pictures while I'm trying to watch the great pumpkin on YouTube? Pay attention to your assignment and lighten up Francis.
Some of the staff were amazing and I give them tons of credit. But this place, overall, was the worst experience at a show I have ever had. Everyone from Will Call to VIP services was extremely rude to the band and their guests. During the show on 10/31 I witnessed event staff tackling audience members for very minor things that could have been handled with way less aggression. I would never come back here and I would tell any band playing here to think twice.

I think that its a very nice and organized place. Small but really elegant i been there several times and no matter where you seat you can see perfectly to the stage ☺
