Customer service for here really isn't the best. On the website, it states that non professional, non flash photography is allowed (35mm, digital, and disposable). So I didn't bring my professional setup (obviously), but I brought my iPad. And when I got to the door, it was turned away. No flash, not professional, and slightly bigger than my iPhone, but I couldn't take it in? Could someone tell me why? Because if it's logical, I'd understand. I liked it better as the Nokia theater, staff was nicer and cared more.

We are at the Brian Setzer concert tonight we have front row VIP seats only to sit down and find out we have this ridiculous Wall in front of us with people standing in front of us and security in front of us with a horrible view the seats suck and who's ever idea it was to put this WALL blocking our view is a horrible one we will not be buying VIP seats ever again! What a big rip off!
