The Microsoft store on 53 in Manhattan is horrible. The staff is rude and not knowledgeable. . Paid over 900 for Surface and unable to get help. Crew member more interested in break than helping me. Everything was no. Although I don't like Apple products the staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable about their products.

This is my 3rd Grand opening for Microsoft but since it was a Flagship store event, I felt cheated. They had no deals on any tablets like in past. In past events they always had a limited edition sale of hp7stream for 50% off or like my dell venue 8 pro for 129 2 years ago at he Staten Island Grand opening. I was number 30ish online and was very disappointed how there was no exclusive deals for a flagship event. They made the entire event about Pitbull. Apple Store knock off. If MS had to put a store next to Apple's, better to have one that's actually their own concept.
