I have bought a surfacebook to replace my macbook pro(retina) from this store but the wifi card was defected and they don't support the device if you want to use it in Turkey.
I did a terrible mistake and from macbook i turned to microsoft surface book, i bought it before almost one week, when i opened it i saw that the magnets and the surface pen were faulty, i gave it back they gave me a new one... I opened it... This time the headphones connection was faulty (it didnt work) i went back to the store, the took it back and gave me a new one, this time it crashes all the time (after all the updates and the mouse on the keypad not working... RecommendedI went to the Lumia Event on December 1, 2015, as a Windows Insider. I arrived early and got to talk to some of the staff, prior to the event. I felt very welcome there! I really enjoyed the event, and I came home with a Lumia 950XL, which I am enjoying VERY much!
I took my surface pro 3 to the store before Thanksgiving. I just needed them to do a a factory install and to upgrade to windows 10. When I got it back the time was incorrect even though the time zone was set correctly and there was a triangle with an "exclamation mark" on the C drive. I called Microsoft technical support at 800-642-7676 and the guy said there were corrupted files when the tech was upgrading to Windows 10 in the Microsoft website and the guy spent about an hour trying to fix the issue remotely. I love Microsoft Flagship Store I've been going there like almost every day hanging out with staffs playing Xbox One games with staff and some other people as well I really enjoy it it's like my favorite store in the city even fast upgraded from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10 in perfect conditions I haven't lost anything I'm so proud of them and thanks for having me as a family.
