At 1:45 this afternoon one of your vans was parked in a drive lane in front of a strip mall at the corner of Milwaukee Ave. and rt. 60 in Libertyville. I hot my horn once to get him to stop blocking a road way, at which point her got out and approached my vehicle with my young daughter in it. Is this what you teach your employees? Obstruct traffic and try to fight the people that need to get through? License plate was 368812.
