My experience here was horrible.. I didn't even move into the place that I was deciding on and received a bad experience. I can say I dodged a bullet. Me and a roomate decided on a place that was on their listing but wasn't even fixed yet.. we put the deposit down to hold the place, they gave us a possible move in date of the 17th of March, but stated the carpet needed to be replaced and it could end up being the 24th of March. Mickle Management is the worse rental people to rent from. My experience with them was horrible. They will scam you, and they don't care about their tenants. I lived on the first floor. My bathroom ceiling was leaking water, they came to fix it 3-4 different times. I had to change my decorations in my bathroom plenty of times because I didn't know where that water was coming from. Then one day I came home and there was a big hole in my ceiling. The roof came down. They came replaced the ceiling wall. Had water damage to the ... read more
