Dr. Syrquin performed a very successful brain surgery on my spouse who is making a full recovery. Dr. Syrquin is knowledge, experienced, accessible and responsive. He came highly recommended to us and we’re very grateful for the excellent care and follow up my spouse received. Will definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an outstanding neurosurgeon.
I wasn't sure about Dr. Syrquin when I first met him, as his bedside manner isn't the best. I think that might be a surgeon thing. He answered questions with just brief responses, but did go over the basics of the diagnosis, why he was recommending surgery, stuff like that. I ended up going through with the surgery though, and was amazed with the results. Turns out he's a fantastic surgeon and he does an excellent job determining whether surgery is truly the best route. If I had to do this again I would choose him again.
Very professional, explains everything he is going to perform, find correct diagnosis so he can correct the problem correctly the first time. Highly recommended.
Dr. Syrquin listened to what my issues were. He asked great follow-up questions to get the best understanding of what my symptoms were. We reviewed the MRI together and he explained what my options were, what the surgery would intail and what the recovery time would be. He explained what the success rate for this type of surgery is. I had a Lumbar Laminectomy in March. I have waited to put my review on here because I not only wanted to recommend Dr. Syrquin to people, I wanted to share how I feel after surgery so you’d get a better look at how Great of a job he did for me. I'm glad I found a doctor in the region that is educated in Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, we tried all avenues before we decide to proceed with the Spinal Cord Stimulator surgery. It has been a great help in relieving my pain..
