10/18/19 requested a prescription refill, did not get a response. 10/24/19 CVS requested a refill , doctor said he would not authorize it. Called the office said I needed bloodwork first. Office said the orders were in my chart and to call them when it was done. 10/25/19 Went to the lab for the bloodwork, there was no order. Went to the doctors office and they did not see any order. Waited OVER an hour for my appointment 11/ 17/17 at 1:30. by 2:30 I left. The office nurse saw me leave and called me at 2:40. This is Not the first time waiting. If Dr. Is to busy I will look for another Dr.
