Sadly, the other reviews are spot on. Had a cystoscopy. He was very rough with me and unfortunately scratched my manhood when he removed the metal clip. I did not feel he genuinely care or even cared at all. Someone mentioned “cavalier” and that is a great description. I’d also add “dismissive”. I was expecting more compassion and a professional bedside manner. I won’t be recommending him or seeing him again. Good luck to those who do see him. I really hope your experience is much more pleasant.
If you have an appointment with this 'Urologist' cancel immediately!! He doesn't care he's rude and apparently my being there in pain was an inconvenience to him. He was impatient when I was explaining what was going on extremely rough when examining me to the point where I have a bruise and misdiagnosed me just to get me out. I've read other reviews about this doctor, unfortunately after my visit, and they were spot on. He graduated from a college noone has ever heard of. The worse bed side manner I've ever heard of. He was condescending, rude and VERY unprofessional. He treated me like I was an idiot for being concerned over negative blood work. He put in an order for more bloodwork, and when I asked a time frame for the results he said look on the portal for the results, but they will be fine. Dr Michli is an excellent Dr, who’s been treating me for 9 yrs. I appreciate his care both in the office and in surgery. The office staff and assistants are both efficient and friendly.
I don't think there is enough space for me to leave a proper review. I used to see Dr. Steinburg who is absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately he no longer accepted my insurance and I was referred to Dr. Michili. 2 times I saw him in person and 2x over the phone he was short, didn't believe me (or my previous urologists findings), ignored my concerns and acted like he had better things to be doing with his time than to be helping me. Dr. Michli has no empathy, no compassion, no bedside manner, no concern for your pain. The rest of the staff was wonderful. Do not let this man touch you. Find another doctor. Trust me!
The office is incompetent and rude. I am not sure of the doctor. Saw him only once, I felt like he is having a bad day.
Staff was not the most friendly, the physician was short with his time. Ended up leaving the appointment early and deferred remaining responsibilities to another clinician with no explanation.
The staff were okay/average, but I was not overly impressed with Dr. Michli's style. Based on my experiences I would probably not recommend, but maybe some people like his way. Also seemed to have little respect for keeping appointment times.
