A wonderful, caring, therapist! Very helpful in providing guidance and suggesting actual solutions to make a positive change. Her group therapy sessions were transformative.
I have been seeing Michele for several years, and have found her Counseling service to be invaluable. She is understanding, compassionate, kind, caring, professional... and a person (Dr) in whom I have built a sense of trust.
Helped me alot to recognize and feel my feelings (without wallowing), and to not feel alone in this thing called life. Very kind, gentle and loving while sharing her wisdom. Highly recommend.
