Made an appointment for my son @ 2:15 on a Wednesday. Showed up 15 minutes early and have been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes now. His appointment was 30 minutes ago and there are at least 5 people ahead of us. This place is a joke.
I'm usually pleased with this facility. I like the doctor & other staff but yesterday was the first time that my wait was about 2 hours. On the other hand there were times I was in & out in 20-30 minutes.
I had my forever contacts put in in around 2008 . Been very satisfied! Dr was wonderful. I haven't had a bit of trouble . I also had my cataracts removed from there too. My dr at the time was out on w court street . It didn't hurt at all . It was a breeze! Hope that you Mary have a great experience like I did!
Great with kids, my son can't wait to get glasses.
