Very disappointed with the service and going to change Locations! Have had Ultrasounds on my legs 6 or more times over the years so I know how long they take, 30/45 minutes at the most. My wife made an appointment for an Ultrasound & specified that we wanted a the Dr. appoint immediately after. The Ultrasound took about half an hour, which is pretty standard. Was then told that my Dr. appointment wasn't until 1:00 pm. that meant about an 1 1/2 hr wait because the Dr, was on lunch. Really? Then the women that performed the Ul... read more

Sloooow..be prepared to wait...Ended up not getting out of a 130 appointment until 5..didn't even get taken back until 3

First let me say my father's dr there was great, I don't remember her name but she was an excellent surgeon. My problem was with the staff in billing, my father is a veteran, he had a stroke that required surgery, we were well assured by a staff member from michigan vascular that his post op visit would be free, we go there do the visit, and part of that visit was more testing, prior to this visit I once again was assured things would be covered by champ va.
