I have nothing but praise for MSC and wish every health care provider were as dedicated and devoted to patient satisfaction as this one is. Every visit my wife and I have made there, we have observed and experienced all staff to be 100% professional and responsible. In addition, everyone we had contact with during our visits has consistently performed far beyond what might be expected or required of them.
The staff is professional and they take time to communicate with us.
They were great with my daughter. Very caring people, my daughter was very anxious about her surgery yesterday and they helped ease her mind.
My 7 yr old son had a tonsillectomy/adnoidectomy done by Dr Lebeda & every single staff member there was fantastic! Every staff member took their time, explained everything & was very efficient. They were all very personable with my son & put him at ease. It was a great experience all the way around! Thank you!
