Dr. Patricia Cagnoli is kind hearted, caring, and educated. At my first visit with her she spent time going over all my worries and questions, I left feeling relieved and had more understanding of autoimmune diseases (happily realizing a positive ANA doesn’t always mean you have one). I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Michigan Rheumatology has been frustrating. I’ve dealt with various autoimmune disorders throughout my life, which have recently worsened. I already have specialists—an endocrinologist, GI, and dermatologist—managing their respective areas, and all of them have urged me to see a rheumatologist.
