I am very pleased with the physicians and the staff at MOASS. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and professional. I had lower lumbar laminectomy with Dr. Vibert in 2023 and it was successful. You can barely tell where I had surgery. He was very kind, and honest about my condition. He wasn't very talkative, but he was attentive. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions ot emergencies. Dr. Scott Diamond replaced my left knee in April & replaced my right knee in Sept. Through the entire process, from the consultation, through surgeries & after care, I was pleased with the care I received. After my 2nd knee replacement I met Dr. Diamond's PA, Keith Saylor. Keith is also very caring. He also made me feel at ease, & addressed any concerns I had. I feel good that my quality of life is returning. The office staff was always friendly , & competent. I would recommend Dr. Diamond to my family & friends.
I can't tell you how disappointed I am. Last appointment was June 30th with DR. Diamond. Recommended a knee replacement, was told 2-4 weeks. I had the EKG done the same day. At checkout was given the phone number to call to set a surgery date up. I called 4 times, finally realized the out of office was over a year old. Called and talked to the desk, was assured they were checking the phone messages. Long story short I have called at least 10 times including Monday (2X) 10/13/2025. I had knee replacement surgery on December, 2023 with Dr. Rimmke. Most of my follow-up appointments were with his PA, Matt. During my 6-month appointment, I expressed my concern that my knee still felt unstable. Matt was very defensive and rude and prescribed more physical therapy. I have had the 'perfect' right hip replacement journey with Dr. Scott Diamond. Starting with my introductory research and consultation through my 1 year follow up, Dr. Diamond and staff, were thorough, friendly and speedy. At no time did I feel neglected or rushed through an appointment. I never had any pain. I was doing steps 2 hours after surgery. I was walking completely unassisted within 2 weeks of surgery.
