After completing both an ultrasound and MRI, Dr. John did not know the correct surgical site(s), nor did he know the correct number of biopsies to perform. I was alarmed that I had to spend the majority of the presurgical appointment showing him the correct sites that had already been confirmed multiple times. I can only assume that he did not review the results of any of the testing that I had done. I will never be able to say enough wonderful things about this practice! Thank you to Dr. Nick Papakonstantinou, Brett, Maria, Jordan, and every single office staff member. You helped me with great care and concern from the beginning of the time when I first made my appointment to after my surgery. Dr. P and Brett, you are gems! Dr is great. PA is great. Receptionist needs to slow down, and to realizing that if you do indeed have to slow down for then to understand you, it isn't necessary to then also be condescending to that person. The rushing me, quasi-hostility when I asked her slow down, and then being condescending like I'm the problem was wholly unnecessary, maybe even inappropriate.
I am very pleased with the physicians and the staff at MOASS. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and professional. I had lower lumbar laminectomy with Dr. Vibert in 2023 and it was successful. You can barely tell where I had surgery. He was very kind, and honest about my condition. He wasn't very talkative, but he was attentive. He even gave me his cell number in case I had any questions ot emergencies. Dr. Scott Diamond replaced my left knee in April & replaced my right knee in Sept. Through the entire process, from the consultation, through surgeries & after care, I was pleased with the care I received. After my 2nd knee replacement I met Dr. Diamond's PA, Keith Saylor. Keith is also very caring. He also made me feel at ease, & addressed any concerns I had. I feel good that my quality of life is returning. The office staff was always friendly , & competent. I would recommend Dr. Diamond to my family & friends.
