People are late to appointments. But to only be 9 minutes late and to say it could be up to 3 hours to be seen. I had to drive over 30 minutes to get to this appointment. Never will I come here
Brett is an amazing PA who is always sweet, caring, and attentive. He has a great personality and is always smiling, which makes patients feel comfortable and heard. I didn’t even have an appointment with him today, and while I was there for another visit with someone else, he still took the time to come speak with me about my concerns. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and help.
Everyone I interacted with at this office was pleasant and kind. The older reviews about office staff are pretty outdated, I think. Scheduling an appointment was quick and I was able to see Dr. John Papakonstantinou within a month of scheduling. In my experience, Dr. John Papakonstantinou is great doctor and surgeon.
