I went there on Friday and it was a much better experience than the last time regarding the wait time and office experience. Dr Vaupel was right on time.
We were told to arrive 15 min. early which we did, only to wait almost two hours past appointment time to see the doctor for 3 min. Running late seems to be a common problem considering they have a board that announces the wait times (which in our case was still an hour off). They should at least call to inform patients about the excessive wait time. Very disrespectful.
We had a positive experience! I liked I knew right away the doctor was running 30 min behind! I didn’t think the wait time was bad.
Horrible! Waiting for over 6 days to get results from a bone scan to see if my son has a spine fracture. I get its the holidays, but at what point does this become neglect? It's a spine injure!!!! And now we are going on over 2 weeks with no care for it. I work in the medical field and know that this is not acceptable. May have to call medical board and find a new doc. Oh, and I'm sure they will charge me for the medical records as well. This place is a joke.
