This man and his billing team are extremely predatory and a prime example of what's wrong with our healthcare system these days. I had a wound on my left big toe and was sent here for treatment. From my very first visit, Dr. Herman was extremely adamant about cutting the toe off instead of even attempting to treat it. He may be an ok surgeon, but has the bedside manner of a block of ice.
He cut into me then left on vacation. When I ended up in the ER 8 days later over the weekend with new pain, new swelling, and new discoloration, I called the office on Monday. I was told he was on vacation, nobody would see me for 7 more days, and just keep doing what isn’t working.
