All staff were friendly and very thorough. I appreciated the quick response to fix my air conditioner during the heatwave. Beth called me to make my appointment, and 1hr later Chase and Mason diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

Chase came out and fixed our Geothermal after struggling with another company for nearly eight months. He was polite and knowledgeable explained everything clear and well and had the whole thing done in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Chris has been out to help me with a few different plumbing issues. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He is efficient, and explains what he's doing so that you have a clear understanding of how your issue was caused, and how he will resolve it. I enjoy working with Michigan Heating and Cooling. I like that they're a local, honest and reputable service. I would definitely recommend their services.

Chris did an excellent job replacing a broken pipe and faucet and walked me through exactly what happened and what to watch for next. He arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and put me at ease throughout the repair. I really appreciated his clear explanations and extra guidance on next steps—very professional and easy to work with.
