All staff were friendly and very thorough. I appreciated the quick response to fix my air conditioner during the heatwave. Beth called me to make my appointment, and 1hr later Chase and Mason diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

Chase and Morgan were very professional, two fine young men out making a living and working hard. We sometimes think these traits are missing in America but then you get these two letting you know that America still has a chance to survive all the chaos of the past 18 years. Beth in the office and Caleb the owner were all great to work with.

Chase came out and fixed our Geothermal after struggling with another company for nearly eight months. He was polite and knowledgeable explained everything clear and well and had the whole thing done in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Chris has been out to help me with a few different plumbing issues. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He is efficient, and explains what he's doing so that you have a clear understanding of how your issue was caused, and how he will resolve it. I enjoy working with Michigan Heating and Cooling. I like that they're a local, honest and reputable service. I would definitely recommend their services.

Right now, I'm not very pleased. When they arrived, I had a boiler with an ignitor issue that was going out sometimes, but delivering hot water after being reset. Now I have a boiler with an exhaust fan issue that doesn't work at all. The techs were here for two hours trying to diagnose the problem. When they left, they said the problem was either the gas valve or the control board.
