Some of the worst customer service I've encountered. I left Bonnie several voicemails and sent several emails, and she could never seem to get back to me. Overall, I'm told that Michigan First is a pretty decent creditor, but I just seem to have had a bad experience with a supposedly "senior" loan officer.
I love Michigan First! Always a great customer experience.
Nobody can get it done like Ted gets it done. Problem situations are his sweet spot.
