Do yourself a favor and use a different lender
We just had the absolute worst experience with this company, everyone’s worse nightmare! The lender Ryan M literally DRUG us through the mud, us as the seller, our buyer who hired this company (1st time home buyer as well, as well as a good family friend) for 51 days, Ryan continuously lied to the borrower, our realtor an even to our title company. So far the service has been horrible! When someone does awesome the phone they just disconnect you. I had to call the office and Michael Stotz’s cell phone several times before I received a text back. As an Agent and Luxury Builder I will never recommend this company. Michael will likely lose this home for his client due to his incompetence!
