Dr. Wong was so nice, answered all my questions with deep knowledge and was so personable! I will definitely be going back for all my eye care needs! I even opted for the Optomap eye image and he explained it thoroughly and explained what I was looking at in the photo. Dr. Wong is quick and efficient but never rushed me out as if I was his only customer.
Dr. Wong and the entire staff were very friendly and professional. I particularly found Dr. Wong to be very patient and knowledgeable. He explained to me the causes of my vision problems and provided good solutions as well. I would highly recommend this team.
Receptionist and Doctor were both very kind, respectful, knowledgeable and took time ensuring I understood my issues and prescription. I would return and refer others. Two thumbs up!
When making my appointment over the phone, the front office gal was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions. She was very pleasant in person too. I liked that I received a couple of reminder text notifications regarding my upcoming appointment. Dr. Wong took the time to explain the procedures I was about to encounter as well as take the time to explain the results and how to care for my eyes.
