Dr Wong and his staff are amazing. I developed shingles and called to get my eyes checked. Dr Wong’s office called me back promptly and got me in the next day. I saw an associate of Dr Wong’s (I didn’t get her name but she was very nice) and was so impressed with her examination. The office is great and I’m so happy I switched to them!

I have never had a bad experience there, Whenever they change doctors l worry about whether l will be happy or not . The current dr at Roseville Costco has exceeded all of them. He’s great. Even before Covid, he was the only one that wiped down all his equipment. I noticed that right away. Mr. Kenneth Wong was very informative about the changes concerning my eye sight. He was liberal with updated contact lens capability. I’ve already posted my enthusiasm about my visit and my gratitude on my FB page. Keep up the good work. I’ll suggest to others I know contact MEC for their next exam and eye sight correction enhancements.
Wonderful customer service. He’s busy but there’s a reason. Everyone love’s coming here! Dr. Wong even took in another optometrist to help him out. I highly recommend this practice!
