Overall they did an excellent job. The guy who came to inspect the work that needed to be done was very thorough. Everyone in customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful through the purchase of a new generator. I would recommend them to everyone I know to work with them. I recently bought a home in West Michigan, and I couldn't get the generator I'd bought independently to power the house. I was referred to Michigan Critical Power and, even though I'd never worked with them before, their tech helped me out over the phone and got the house powered up (that one hidden breaker, grrr!!). A+ service, definitely recommend.
Came out fast especially for being after hours. I highly recommend.
Had my generator from Michigan Critical Power installed in late 2022. Prompt, clean, excellent explanations, very positive experience. Fast forward to today, after returning from extended winter vacation, found that the generator had 'faulted'- causing generator to not start for a couple of months (noones fault, no-one here to monitor it). Had an appointment. 5/3/2024 at noon, for a quote and site check to purchase a Kohler Whole house generator. Rep. Never showed up. Called company,rep.forgot to put in computer. Wonder if that's a representation of their work.....A+ BBB ???
