I highly recommend Michigan Critical Power for their excellent customer service. They made an emergency repair to ensure my generator was working for our recent tornado warning. The maintenance team members were friendly and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the no change repair of my generator pipe that had fallen down.

Overall they did an excellent job. The guy who came to inspect the work that needed to be done was very thorough. Everyone in customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful through the purchase of a new generator. I would recommend them to everyone I know to work with them. I recently bought a home in West Michigan, and I couldn't get the generator I'd bought independently to power the house. I was referred to Michigan Critical Power and, even though I'd never worked with them before, their tech helped me out over the phone and got the house powered up (that one hidden breaker, grrr!!). A+ service, definitely recommend.
