Came in to look at a new Kia K4 and compare prices against our local dealership. Rochelle was Great, very personable and friendly. You can tell she works hard. The manager BJ was the problem. He was overly pushy and refused transparency, snatching appraisal papers away, and dismissing questions about KBB valuing. I was there helping my fiancé with his first car purchase, and he was incredibly dismissive of my questions, focusing on trying to "talk numbers" with "the man".
