I absolutely love the care of the staff. Melissa is wonderful! Takes her time with you and is very attentive! Her medical assistant was kind and caring as well. I was very concerned about something and the office staff got me an appointment same day I called! I always have wonderful experience when I visit this clinic. Highly recommend!
I will say, my first interaction was extremely disheartening. My son had a pretty yucky skin infection and urgently needed to be seen. I was told a month and a half to two months. Being one of two practices in town, openings are slim, I get that. I would’ve had to drive over an hour to get him in sooner. A day or so after, one of the receptionists reached out to me to see if I had made him an appointment anywhere. I was still fighting with referrals. Thankfully I read reviews before making appointment to this place. These reviews were plenty enough yo not even give it a try.
Great office and staff! They were very thorough, got us in quickly, and addressed all of our concerns right away.
The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Basic questions were met with attitude, and it was clear they had no interest in helping. This behavior reflects poorly on the entire organization.Questions were met with short, dismissive responses, and it felt like assisting customers was an inconvenience rather than part of the job.
