Dr. Haddad and staff helped my TMJ and sleep apnea, which, in turn, helped my Afib to the point that I can't believe how much better I feel.
RecommendedI highly recommend Dr Hadad and his staff for TMJ issues. I suffered for years with head, neck, facial and teeth/jaw pain. I’m so grateful for receiving their services in 2020. I highly recommend Michigan center for tmj and sleep wellness. My journey started off grim my bite was off couldn't sleep severe pain 7 months of hell from a dentist not realizing I had tmj doing work and pretty much feeling like he broke my jaw. During this time I searched for a dr that could help found Dr Haddad. After seeing multiple doctors of all specialties for head, ear, eye and sinus congestion along with numerous imaging studies each one told me nothing was wrong except my TMJ. Dr. Haddad’s treatment for my TMJ has been an integral part of my overall healing process, as a victim of a sustained whiplash injury. He initially realigned my jaw, non-surgically, and then I chose orthodontics to keep my jaw and bite aligned (patients have several options from which to choose). My journey with TMJ disorder started around 2015-2016 after I suffered an injury to the face and began to experience extreme headaches, jaw pain, limited jaw opening, ear pain, and eye pain. Through the years, I tried every possible solution ranging such chiropractic work (which only provided temporary relief) , and at a certain point even considered surgery due to the relentless pain. Dr Hadad pushed me to get a free sleep apnea screening test that they offer. After several times of him bringing it up, I eventually did it. The results supposedly said (I never actually saw them) that I had severe sleep apnea. Dr Hadad recommended a $3k sleep appliance that he sold. I went and had a sleep study done and a hospital. The hospital study showed I had very very minor sleep apnea which my doctor said does not even require treatment. Now I understand why dr hadad pushed the test.

Thanks for your feedback. Our apnea screening tool gives us valuable, objective information about our patients' health. Another provider may be comfortable with apnea or snoring patients going untreated, but we are not. It's your choice, but the risks are serious. Sleep apnea is life-threatening, regardless of severity. It is twice as deadly as smoking. If you feel that you haven't been treated with the compassion and professionalism that we are known for, please call our office.
The best dental practice out there ! You will not find a more kinder , gentler, and knowledgeable group of dentists out there. Dr Hadddad always goes above and beyond easing my anxiety,answering all my questions , and making me as comfortable as possible. It's so hard to leave such a top notch practice after 26 years.
