NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!!! We got a used 2014 Chevy Traverse from them on October 14, 2020. My anniversary is the 17th, my birthday is the ****. We told them this was a gift. For starters, they would not tell us an amount we were approved for. They showed us this car, we test drove it, I liked it. They advertised it as 68k miles. It had 68,992. No big deal. I bought a used Jeep from this company in Feb 2020 and as of today 6-2020 the truck has been in their service department 7 times and now they are saying they don't know what is wrong with it and they are stumped to..but I am the one who owes over 33,000 on this truck and is riding around with the check engine light on. I traded my 2018 Jeep Wrangler that I bought new from them for a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Diesel truck on 1/16/20. We wanted a truck to haul a fifth wheel camper we were going to purchase. The Jeep had a $27,000 trade in value. The truck had 73,000 miles on it. Average lifespan of a diesel truck is 800,000 miles. They added the 20K hitch that was necessary. We financed $38,000.
