Quoted us $600 for a side mirror replacement came back on day ****** was supposed to be in and now said $1000. Not right. Totally not right. Reason for additional money was well we have to paint it. And further said will now be completed seven to 10 additional days.

ZERO STARS My Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat was negligently left unattended. My vehicle was towed to this dealership on June 13th. They did not create a work order until July 3rd, but once they assessed the car, I was told the *** module was on backorder and would not be available until August 21st. This place is a joke! I make over $21/hr and they couldn't get me approved for a car. I told them from jump I knew no one who was going to cosign for me and they still pressed the issue later just ******* me off even more after a second denial. S**** these people!

Unfortunately you have an employee who is untrustworthy, deceitful, has a criminal record, and posts financial information about your clients on his fake social media accounts and some on his real social media account. ***********************. He has posted pictures in regards to a customer who was turned down for credit (names have been crossed out) and is ready to testify in Court against your company and employee. Purchased a vehicle over 2 years that was damaged on their lot. Upon purchasing it they told me they would get back with me on getting it fixed, as well as gave me a weowe report. After a year of calling ******* over and over getting no where. We called and said they needed to do something else because weve waited and are now moving out of state. Do your research cuz I wish I would have before falling victim! Also was told from a former car salesman that we fell vitin and way over paid for that vehicle. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!!! We got a used 2014 Chevy Traverse from them on October 14, 2020. My anniversary is the 17th, my birthday is the ****. We told them this was a gift. I bought a used Jeep from this company in Feb 2020 and as of today 6-2020 the truck has been in their service department 7 times and now they are saying they don't know what is wrong with it and they are stumped to..but I am the one who owes over 33,000 on this truck and is riding around with the check engine light on.
