I followed Clara from a two different salons in the past years. Clara listens to what I want in color and cut. I have never been disappointed. If you want a great ombré color, Ask for Clara.The salon is always clean, the staff is friendly.

I am so pleased with Clara! She gives me a wonderful cut and color and I always get compliments after I leave the Salon. She goes out of her way to pamper me when she washes my hair. Her scalp massages are wonderful! I highly recommend Clara at Michels Salon and Day Spa.

Beware of a very bad hair stylist. I was expecting a nice layered cut and color and what I got was nothing I expected a blunt cut i could have got at sams hair cuttrey the color was not even close to what we talked about or what was shown to me when i asked how much this was going to cost i was qouted and when i paid alot more then what i qouted This is a Gosip place i learned way more about the personal life then i wanted to know of the person who was doing my hair Please beware

Always satisfied! This Salon has been established in Suwanee for so long. I've tried other local Salons but always return to Michel's. My stylist and I have such a great relationship that it is always a positive experience getting my hair done. I have strangers tap me on the shoulder to compliment my hair. Also, no one does a better facial than Tamara. My appointments are always on time. I've never had to wait. I love this Salon!

I question this business and their ETHICS as to how they treat their clients??? I have noticed that on SEVERAL occasions they park their large oversized vehicle in the Publix grocery area right on the cart return! As a frequent customer of Publix I need and appreciate those spaces close to the cart return. For Michael's Full Service Salon and Day Spa to come in and park it's oversized vehicle and take up TWO parking spaces half way across the large parking lot with SEVERAL open and empty spaces right in front of their OWN bu... read more

MY TIP.... STAY FAR AWAY. Outdated, high priced and I agree with other reviews.... gossip everywhere. I am sure they talk about all their clients. from an EX client!

Rediculous. Chatty group, if you watch you can see them talk about eachother. Very unpleasant experience. Dont bother making an appointment because you will just be waiting another 30 minutes anyway. I will NOT be recommending this place & i have been to the best to know what that is like. They are close to my house but will be worth the drive to go another 15 minutes out of my way for good, quality, & professional service which THIS salon does not have.

Love, love, love this Salon. I have been going here for years and enjoy the best facials and the best color and cut. They work with me. Unlike other salons that have popped up in the area that treat me like a number I enjoy going where they know me so well.

TURN AROUND-TRUST-THERES BETTER – Again...the worst place...the type of people that sm,ile in your face but could care less. Their trying to save their name, so they'll do just about anything to make you promise to stay. Who wants a 10 minute haircut when your stylist is talking to someone else!! no thank you. They need to upgrade from that greek decor, and get with the program.
