One of the worst salons in Houston – Michel's Hair Salon is probably the worst salon in Houston. The owner, Michel, is very unprofessional and has ruined me hair to the extent that he had burned and broken my hair. He spends all of his time talking about other people in a derrogative way, and if he doesn't like you he damages your hair. I have other friends who have had the same experience. WORST SALON EVER! – The last two comments didn't even scratch the surface. I agree, the place is FILTHY! Not what you would expect in the upscale Galleria area. The owner, Michel, is in a class of his own to say the least. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! He complained about all of his customers. Uggh – I fully agree with last reviewer. Salon is dirty, employees are disinterested, bored and busy on their cell phones. This was my first time there on the recommendation of a friend of a friend. I too overlooked the decor and filth , waiting way past appt. time and rudeness thinking I was getting a really great haircutter. "Ramsey" was the haircutter. Worst experience ever! Do not go! – I have to say Michael DeMarse is the absolute worst hairstylist I have ever been to. The salon is filthy & has the worst atmosphere, but I thought I could overlook that for a few hours to get good hair. I couldn't have been any more wrong! I don't know where to start with Michael.
