I am so disappointed. I called just 3 minutes before dropping off my dog Leya. I get there and the girls tell me they are full but can make an appointment for tomorrow. Are you serious right now!? I just called and you said “come on in, we gladly take walk-ins until 3:00”. Never again will you have our business! #DoneWithMichelles🤬

I spoke with you when you called and said yes we take walkins for our Spa Pkg until 3 pm You did say. “great I’ll be right there” when you got here you didn’t want the spa pkg you wanted a groom pkg We were full with our 50 haircuts this morning at 8am We tell everyone to be here early to get a haircut spot We are sorry you are upset but we were honest in what we had to offer and you were ok with that on that phone

Michelle’s is awesome! Our baby looked so beautiful, classy, fancy and sassy after getting dolled up at Michelle’s! She actually had a little “ look at me, I’m a Diva” attitude! � Forever a customer!!!
Henrietta loves coming to get a bath! Robin and the staff are so kind! They always have my pup fluffy and smelling so fresh! If you want your puppy clean and in good hands Michelle’s Pet salon is the place for you! �
Dropping the girls off for spa day pick up time 5pm
They're great they always treat me really nice and they do a greatjob with Savanna when she doesn't mind going there she comes back calm and like she liked it she thinks she's going to a spa which she does.
