Ripoffs...poor service....expensive and dont follow details...want easy job for easy making money....never ever taking my once furbaby there to get BALD...my fb friends if you know me trust me don't take your furbaby to this ghetto place....probably dont have skills to do such grooming....seeing other balding dogs coming out shouldve been a good warning sign....

Mrs Tenorio, although your message to us was very unbecoming of a woman of your statue and beneath your class.... As I tried to explain to you, a Shih-Tzu as any pet with long hair must be maintained and groomed regularly. Your poor furbaby was extremely matted and we would save what we could, he had a huge Matt on the top of his head and his ears were matted to the skin, we were unable to save any of it. We took our Apricot Toy Poodle for a bath and haircut today. Www were SO HAPPY!!! It was an even cut, ears cleaned, nails clipped. Smelling like cologne with his darling bandana, ...and even got a vita pouch. � We were so excited when we picked him up and he was calm and not nervous. My sister takes her back toy poodle "Molly" and loves the service and recommends everyone!!!! I SEE why!!����� Well Be Back Soon!!!

i absolutely LOVE this place! i have been coming for almost a year now and i have never had any issues. the staff is always so sweet and always have my Hailey looking and smelling wonderful! and the prices can’t be beat! i definitely would recommend �
