Dr. Yan walked me through a personalised treatment plan with very specific goals and i really appreciated that introduction to her care. She was kind and thoughtful in her approach and during the treatments. I knew what to expect at every step and I got what was promised. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
