Dr. Ashworth is very personable and straightforward. Her first consultation included me and my husband. We asked many questions and she answered all of them thoughtfully and thoroughly. I felt that she reviewed my previous medical records and gave me choices for my treatment. She explained how she had consulted with a surgeon, Dr. Rebecca Wiatrek, to join my care team. She also gave me a choice of how to receive my infusions, with a pump that is surgically installed or by IV. I do not do well with IV’s but installing the pum... read more
Dr. Ashworth worked well as part of my whole team and worked with my patient style in supporting my needs and directing my care.
Dr. Ashworth listens and is very proactive. She is smart and up to date on the latest research. She has taken wonderful care of me.

I first saw Dr A a few years ago for iron infusions due to unexplained anemia. This year, however, I came to see her for a thorough exam and testing for ruling out cancer. She is compassionate, thorough, and doesn't leave any stone unturned. She has great bedside manner and really pays attention to questions you've asked, and she explains things plainly.
