Awful. Emotionally and verbally abusive experience. I was belittled, ridiculed and eventually felt foolish for allowing the appointment to continue. Her “follow up” was even worse, completely detached, and without any helpful information that might help me better my health. I Don’t recommend her as she displayed raised voice, harsh remarks and mood swings; and a biased treatment if you speak out.
I have a fear of going to Dr. visits but, now that I am 50 years old I need to get things checked out. So, today I had an appt. and felt comfortable which listed #1 in what I would expect in a office visit.
She has been my Doctor since 2010 and I couldn't have asked for a finer physician to handle my care. I am a severe type A Hemophiliac who was a former patient of Dr.Tulin. She made the time to see me and accept me as a patient even when her plate was full. She CARES about her patients and is ALWAYS warm and welcoming 😊 when you come to the Kaiser EastHills facility.
