She was awesome to deal with and very professional.
The man at the check-in desk seemed to enjoy his power with a sarcastic tone to his voice as he advised me I was nearly rescheduled because I was 4 minutes late (the parking lot is not conducive to finding the spot for an automobile). I could have easily gotten into an argument with him but that would not have been productive because he clearly was not people-oriented.
