I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My child didn't experience any unnecessary pain during thier visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
