I would stay far away from this company. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. We rented a house from them and were treated horribly. First off filed a work order for the sliding glass doors. One would not lock and the other was extremely hard to open. Handy man came out and was unable to fix so just left them broken. Air conditioner broke and was in an attic in the closet. Had a great stay at a beautiful home booked through platinum select properties. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. Booking process was seamless with great customer service. No hidden fees and no surprises. Property was as advertised or better. Would definitely book future stays through platinum select properties.
Rented a property for approximately five months paid about $15,000 through Airbnb plus got screwed with paying additional electrical costs that were found to be fraudulent as it cost $150 for the basic service into the home. Also had a refrigerator in the garage that I did not use yet I paid for I am being charged for carpet for some mystery stain that they said they can’t get rid of. Guys please be careful with these people. They make you sign property management contract for 3 years . We naively sign it and we are struck. They made us to pay 2600$ to come out of it, since we need the house to stay. Please stay away from these guys. IF any one need more information please contact us.
