Please beware of working with Michelle Morgan and Platinum Select Property Management. I booked a short term rental thru them utilizing a platform. I paid the 1st of 2 payments and also gave Michelle my personal email so that she could send me the rental agreement. I also had a confirmation from Michelle and the booking platform that my dates and the property were confirmed. If ONLY we could put 0 stars! This place is very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Do not sign anything with MICHELLE MORGAN. Hiring an attorney because of her laziness, harassment and disrespect. It’s been 4 months with no renters, and then FINALLY got a renter for December 1st-March 31st only for them to cancel the day they were supposed to check in.
