Gentle. Caring. After waiting 10 years to go to dentist, due to my fear of the dentist, I finally went in with bleeding gums and pain. Dr. Sandler and her front desk staff were very calming, soothing, and let me know I was in control of the experience. My cost and insurance cost were explained in detail. Wow!! Who knew going to the dentist could be healing and kind.
I really enjoyed my experience and will consider Solana Family Dental my new dentist! Dr. Sandler took her time explaining everything in great detail and in a way that I could understand. I really enjoyed every interaction I had at the practice. Thank you!
The receptionist was so helpful in assisting me with everything relating to my insurance and verifying that I was covered. Dr. Sandler caters to my low pain tolerance and fear with being very gentle. You guys are great, thank you!
Dr Sandler + staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. From the front desk, to the hygienist and the Dr themselves - the staff genuinely go out of their way to care for their patients. Apparently I'd been caring for my teeth improperly all of my life before coming to Dr. Sandler's office - no other dentist I've previously seen had ever taken the time to correct that, but the staff at Dr. Sandler's office patiently showed me how to brush and floss my teeth. Fantastic five-star service. Wonderful friendly staff. Very thorough in their exam. Recommendations are made, but not pushed. Completely free to make your own health decisions. Highly recommended!
Veronica has been cleaning my teeth for maybe 2 years, and I can honestly say she is the best at her job. She takes time to explain why I need to use a water pic and exactly how to use a Sonicare brush. I think I take better care of my teeth and gums because of her attention to detail and her actual caring that I do my best. Thanks, Veronica!
