I love Dr. Jackson! She cares about her patients, actually takes the time to listen, & Doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. If there is something she is unsure about, or knows it outside her realm, she doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist. Plus size patients will love her! Some of her nursing staff DO have their faults but most are kind, especially the receptionist with the short haircut who always great you with a smile and the lady who draws your blood! Wait times can be a bit long.

The staff, including the NP at this location are unprofessional and rude (with an exception of one individual). Though I feel Dr. Jackson is a good medical provider, I feel she allows this behavior to take place or at least turns a blind eye to it. I'm not confident in the belief that the physician is the one "running the show" in this office.

She is probably a very good doctor. Her staff is awful for responding to questions and request for inf. Had to contact office 3 times to get prescription sent to correct place. Put on hold for over 15 minutes one time and 10 the next time. Had 8:15 appt but later found she does not come into office until 9:00. The office needs a lot of updating. I do not think she has any control of that since she is in a Providence group. The staff needs training on public relations.

like every thing but the waiting much too long. sometimes paper work not in a timely matter she is very nice i like her. if not for the waiting and paper work sometime it would be perfect
