I was seen by Dr Michelle Draper for my acne and scarring. Overall experience was quite fine and the Optum center is well structured, the one thing which was a bit off-putting was that she spent 3-5 minutes discussing half of my concerns and left after that without proper closure or conclusion. I had to ask the nurse to call her again to discuss the remaining parts and discuss care plan. I just had my first dermatology appointment with Michelle and I absolutely love her! She made me feel comfortable throughout my exam and not once did I feel judged because of my cracked hands and horrible cuticles. She was so understanding and full of empathy. I highly recommend everyone to see Michelle Draper. :)
They couldn't prescribe anything anymore, now I feel very depressed and ignored by them!
First visit at Everett Clinic Dermatology office in Everett. Our visit was very pleasant and we are comfortable having her as our skin issue detective. The assistant was great too.
