Top notch. Friendly. professional.
HORRIBLE!!! Techs are so snotty. I had a miscommunication and was ten minutes late to a cleaning app. After taking four powerful antibiotics as a prophylactic they refused to treat me and would not even try to get me in that same day. They never called to verify times. They told me they didn't have my number after I had given it to them a few times.
